Website enquiries
Enquiries sent through the forms on this website are stored securely, emailed to our office and entered into Privyr, the client management system we use to respond to enquiries. Privyr stores this information on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it is needed to act for you or required by law, for example with courts, insurers, medical experts, barristers and other service providers working on your matter, and with the service providers who host our systems. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Cookies and website data
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people use this website and to measure our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and whether you submitted an enquiry. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings, or block cookies in your browser. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. Videos are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us on (02) 6295 2283 or admin@unitedlegal.com.au.
