Corona virus COVID-19 Notice by United Legal.

This COVID-19 Notice describes Canberra Law Firm, United Legal’s approach for continued delivery of legal services during global pandemic crisis.

Dear valued and prospective clients, Australia is facing unprecedented and extraordinary circumstances.

United Legal is fully committed to looking after the health & safety of both our clients and staff.

Social distancing measures for limiting potential Coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure points.

Until resolution of the COVID-19 situation, we are offering to take legal instructions via:

• Telephone
• Skype
• FaceTime
• Messenger
• WeChat, or
• any alternative App you suggest

in place of face to face meetings.

Our team have these Apps available and the technical nous to assist you through any issues that may arise.

We believe this is the best approach to assist you, your families and our staff in limiting potential exposure points. We hope that you feel the same and urge you to engage with us on these options.

Client’s deciding to take up the option of a video call please understand it is our intention to meet with you in person as soon as the health organisations determine that we are through this difficult time.

Our law firm office in Fyshwick is open for business. We continue to offer face to face appointments.

However this is on the strict basis that you provide us with confirmation that you;

• Have not travelled to mainland China or Iran (past 14 days)
• Not travelled to the Republic of Korea on or after the 5th March 2020
• Haven’t travelled to Italy (past 14 days)
• Feel well and not experiencing any symptoms of cold or influenza
• Are free of any of the other coronavirus symptoms

Likewise, we will also provide a similar undertaking to the best of our knowledge.

Please note these new arrangements will in no way, hinder or prejudice legal representation by United Legal.
