United Legal is a personal injury law firm established in 2004. We act for injured people right across New South Wales, from Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong to Queanbeyan and regional towns, including people injured at work, on the road and in public places. We work on a No Win, No Fee basis, and you can do everything by phone and video call.
Claims we help with in NSW
Workers compensation (NSW)
Claims under the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW): weekly payments, medical expenses, a lump sum for permanent impairment, and work injury damages where your employer was negligent and your injuries meet the threshold.
Car and motorbike accidents (NSW)
Statutory benefits under the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (NSW), and common law damages if another driver was at fault. Lodge your claim within 28 days of the accident to receive weekly payments from the start.
Public liability
Slips, trips and falls in shops, car parks, rentals and public places, under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).
Medical negligence
Surgical errors, misdiagnosis, birth injuries and other negligent treatment by doctors and hospitals.
How it works
- Free claim check. Call us or answer a few questions online. A lawyer tells you honestly whether you have a claim.
- We build your claim. We gather the medical evidence, deal with the insurer and handle the deadlines.
- You get your outcome. We negotiate for the full amount you're entitled to. No Win, No Fee.
Why United Legal?
Three lawyers on every case
We don't spread ourselves thin by taking on too many clients.
No Win, No Fee
No upfront fees. If your claim is not successful, you don't pay our professional fees.
Results that matter
Our results include a $20 million outcome. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes.
We come to you
Phone and video appointments, and we can meet you in person when it matters.
Don't miss the time limits
In NSW you generally have three years to start a personal injury claim, but some schemes have much shorter deadlines. Car accident claims for statutory benefits should be lodged within 28 days to get weekly payments from the start, and must be lodged within three months.
